SHRIMPS SALAD

Ingredients
1 Can (15oz) Fruit Cocktail (chilled and strained)
1 Can (8.5oz) Whole Corn Kernel (chilled and strained)
1 Egg (boiled and sliced)
1 LB Jumbo Shrimps (cooked, shelled and deveined)

Seasonings
10tbsp Mayonnaise
1 pinch Black Pepper
½ tsp Yellow Mustard

Serves 8-10 people

Mix all the seasonings, ingredients, i.e. fruit cocktail, corns, eggs together in a mixing bowl
Transfer to serving plate

Put the shrimps around the edge of the salad and serve

TIPS
If budget is allowed, you can use cooked lobster or even crab meat.
