In Hong Kong, there is a dessert, called mango pudding, which is available in any restaurants. People make thier own at home. It is like a no-brainer. After moving to the US, making this dessert is like the most difficult task in this world becuase you can't find mango flavor jellow. Mango is not very well-known in the US until a couple years ago. I always love to take on the challenge. But you can never imagine how many times I tried to get this recipe nailed. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Add more lemon juice if necessary

Chill in the fridge for 4 hours and serve
TIPS
If you go to the Chinese store, you may find the mango flavor jello.
Peach flavor jello is the next best alternative after the mango one.
Welcome to my diary! Cooking is my passion. I started cooking since I was 11. Moving to the States made me to develop the strategies of utilizing all the resources in the local stores. I have the habit of bringing my notebook with me all the time to write down my recipes, great tricks & better life tips(I call it "BLT"). I don't only cook authentic Chinese food, but also apply all the techniques and ingredients in other western dishes & recipes. I call my cooking style as "Asian Fusion".
