Simple Vegetable Salad with Ginger Dressing

Ingredients
7 oz Pre-Washed Spring Mix

Seasonings
(For Dressing Only)
¼ Cup Ginger Preserve
1/8 Cup Lemon Juice
1/8 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Pinch of Salt
1 Pinch of Black Pepper

Whisk all the seasonings of the dressing in a mixing bowl
Put spring mix into the salad bowl
Pour dressing on top
Toss to coat and serve

Serve 4 people

TIPS
Ginger preserve is in the jam and preserve aisle.
