Tomatoes, Mozzarella & Chicken Salad



This is another recipe of using all your tomatoes from your garden.

Ingredients
1 LB Vine Ripe Tomatoes (seeded & cut in bite size)
¼ cup Marinated Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cooked Chicken Breast Leftover (cut in bite size)

Seasonings
2 tbsp Marinated Cheese Oil/Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 pinch of each Salt and Black Pepper

Cut out the core of tomatoes and cut them into halves
Juiced and seeded
Cut tomatoes in bite size

Combine all the ingredients and seasonings together in a mixing bowl
Toss to combine and serve

Serve 2-4 people

TIPS
If you don’t have marinated cheese, use fresh mozzarella cheese with extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil.
