My hubby and I were in a pizza shop and saw the picture of this dish. Once I saw it, I told myself, "Hey! This is easy. I can do it myself." When I served on a Thursday family dinner, it was a big hit. Hope you enjoy it, too.
Ingredients
1 Store-Bought Thin Crust Pizza Dough
1 Bag (12oz) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini-Morssels
1 Cup Chocolate Fudge Sauce
Preheat oven at 375-400F (per package instructions)
Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray
Roll out the dough on a baking sheet
Bake it for 9-13 minutes or until light golden brown
While waiting, heat up the fudge sauce in microwave oven with the lid off
Transfer sauce to serving bowl for dipping
Take pizza out of the oven
Sprinkle chocolate on top immediately and evenly while it is still hot
Let sit for 2 minutes and use a butterknife to smooth out the chocolate
Cut pizza in long stripes and serve along with the sauce
Serve 6-8 people
Welcome to my diary! Cooking is my passion. I started cooking since I was 11. Moving to the States made me to develop the strategies of utilizing all the resources in the local stores. I have the habit of bringing my notebook with me all the time to write down my recipes, great tricks & better life tips(I call it "BLT"). I don't only cook authentic Chinese food, but also apply all the techniques and ingredients in other western dishes & recipes. I call my cooking style as "Asian Fusion".
